Politechnika Szczecińska Wydział Informatyki, Szczeciński Park Naukowo-Technologiczny Abstract: Problems of introduction the innovations to small, medium and micro sized enterprises (SMMEs) are considered. The principles of innovation system building for SMEs are characterized. They are based on virtual enterprise idea, utilizing the knowledge and Internet capabilities as well as new innovative product preparation through selected SMEs group as an example. Experience and accumulated information from these examples will create the basis to put the innovation into big number of SMEs. In the paper the results of a few activities are described: creating new enterprises, technology, organizational innovation selection and implementation, educational activities as well as building the support infrastructure for innovation development. Politechnika Szczecińska Wydział Informatyki, Szczeciński Park Naukowo-Technologiczny Abstract: The paper describes the project and implementation of the SWAT system (where SWAT is a native Polish word meaning ,,match-maker''). SWAT is cooperative platform provided for companies operating on an IT market, especially for software producers, as well as for programmers working as a ,,freelancers''. The system is intended to be a place, where software makers and their potential customers can find each other and meet themselves. The ,,match-making'' process provided by SWAT tries to find optimal matches (assumed as set of pairs Producer - Customer) for given list of demands and properties. The article contains description of main concepts used during the analysis phase, the theoretical principles taken to implementation, the implementation itself, the structure of database being used by the system and cases, when the system might be usable. Politechnika Szczecińska Wydział Informatyki, Szczeciński Park Naukowo-Technologiczny Abstract: The article presents conception of supporting activities for printing and publishing sector in Westpomeranian Region carried out by Science and Technology Park of Szczecin in 2005-2007. Analysis that STPS have done during that time shows that local companies encounter problems with entering new external markets and broadening their scopes of services. STPS prepared a program consisting of series of actions towards these companies helping them to overcome blocking factors of their development. These actions are centered around a web-portal (www.e-drukuj.pl), which is a main communication channel for companies participating in the program. The e-drukuj.pl web-portal with its innovative services provides many opportunities to local SMEs to find new customers, enter new markets or even to develop new business models making them more innovative and competitive. Initiated by the Science and Technology Park of Szczecin network cooperation is based on the logistics of the loose biomass (BPS) production, processing, transport. The BPS is wayward and depends on many factors such as: demand on agricultural products, atmospheric conditions, crop rotation, etc. The goal of biomass processing is homogenization of it's physical form and providing right humidity to get better combustion results, easier storage and transport. Publication presents the need for network cooperation in biomass processing, production and distribution.
